Jeffrey Nord serves as senior vice president of Terremark’s Service Delivery, Customer Support and Infrastructure organizations. Nord and his team focus on the delivery of excellent service to Fortune 1000 companies and government agencies, through operational quality and flawless execution.
Prior to joining Terremark in 2008, Nord held several executive roles at a large IT service provider for a period of 7 years. During this time, he guided the integration and standardization of service management and delivery processes, was responsible for the Global Service Delivery organization and the delivery of their complete portfolio of services.
Mr. Nord studied Communications and Journalism at Truman State University.
