JAMIE DOS SANTOS, Chief Executive Officer, Terremark Federal
Ms. Dos Santos is responsible for the planning, development, and execution of the company's federal government sales, marketing and operations strategy. She manages all aspects of Terremark's federal government relationships including the Department of Defense, Civilian Agencies and the federal systems integrators. Her previous role as Chief Marketing Officer included the development of strategic marketing initiatives and commercial sales strategies that contributed to the company's sustained growth.
Prior to joining Terremark, Ms. Dos Santos enjoyed a career of 25 years with several global companies including BellSouth, Bellcore and SAIC . Ms. Dos Santos sits on the AFCEA Intelligence Committee and serves on the AFCEA Board of Directors, as a Class Director, Class of 2011. She also sits on the Information Technology Sector Coordinating Council for the US protection of Critical Information Infrastructure. She is a top 100 executive with the Executive Leadership Council and Vice President of the South Florida AFCEA chapter. Her education comes from 8 years in the Bellcore Training Center, the University of Florida and attended Harvard Business School for Continuing Education.

BRUCE HART, Chief Operating Officer, Terremark Federal Mr. Bruce W. Hart is Chief Operating Officer for Terremark Federal. Prior to joining Terremark in February 2007, he was a senior executive at the Central Intelligence Agency with leadership experience in multiple disciplines, both line and staff. He has years of service in various overseas locations, including England, Japan, Cyprus, Panama, and Jordan. He served as Deputy CIO and then Deputy Director for Science and Technology for CIA prior to his retirement from Federal service.
Mr. Hart was an artilleryman in the First Cavalry Division in his youth. He holds master’s degrees from Virginia Tech and the National War College, and lives in Northern Virginia.

ANNIE WILLIAMS, Vice President of Sales Annie Williams joined Terremark’s Federal this past summer after spending nearly 11 years at Cisco Systems. During her tenure at Cisco she was an individual contributor on the federal sales team responsible for The Federal Reserve System and The Executive Office of the President and later created and managed Cisco’s Business Development Organization for Civilian Agencies. Prior to Cisco, Annie worked for EMC Federal, 3Comm Federal and Digital Equipment Corp.
With over 25 years of sales achievement, the majority of her experience has been in the federal market where she has cultivated an extensive network of past performance and committed professional relationships. In her executive capacity at Terremark, Annie is responsible for establishing Terremark’s Civilian practice including the creation of a sales team and developing the channel and partner strategy as well as active participation developing Terremark’s over all federal business plan for the expansion of the NAP of the Capital Region, NCR, and for federalizing the full suite of hosting and proserve product sets.
She received her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Marketing from Northwestern University and has various Cisco sales certifications. Annie is an active member of ACT/IAC and has held various positions on the ELC Planning Committee as well as having participated in the ACT/IAC Partners program Class of 2006. Annie lives on a working farm in Culpeper, Virginia with her two boys and is active on several local community Boards and Foundations.

GILBERT A. GRIFFIN, Senior Vice President, Service Delivery Mr. Griffin is responsible for all aspects of operations and service delivery supporting Terrermark’s federal customers. His responsibilities include providing federal customers with co-location space, network services, managed hosting services, and professional services through the supervisions of four directorates: Sales Engineering, Network Services, Program Management and Operations.
Prior to joining Terremark, Mr. Griffin completed a 27-year career with the Army, retiring as a Colonel. Throughout his career, he served in numerous technical and leadership positions within the communications and information technology fields. He commanded at the platoon to Brigade level and his last job prior to retiring from active duty was Chief of Staff for the Joint Task Force, Global Network Operations (JTF-GNO).
While at the JTF-GNO, Mr. Griffin led a diverse organization of more than 400 IT professionals across key functional areas including operations, legal, intelligence, international relations and strategic planning in support of JTF-GNO’s mission of directing the operation and defense of the U.S. Department of Defense’s global information technology enterprise, the Global Information Grid.
Mr. Griffin holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from Norwich University; a Master of Public Administration from John Jay College of Criminal Justice and a Master of Strategic Studies from the United States Army War College.
